Algorithmia SE began as a technical community: a place for engineers to learn, build and grow together. It has grown to 300+ engineers.
Out of that work came Smart ATS. It helps job seekers see how their CV reads to an applicant tracking system, and fix it. It now has 300+ users.
In October 2026 we became an education partner of Cyberiad Labs. Our members now get seats held for them in Cyberiad Labs' free AI courses.
The community gives us real problems to solve. The products give the community real work to learn from. We are building both.

A consistency challenge run by our founder, Daniel Favour Dohou. Each day, participants work on software engineering and post what they did under the hashtag. Anyone can take part.
